Shandi Williams is a proud third-generation Midlander with deep roots in the community she calls home. Born and raised here, she understands the values, traditions, and needs of our city. Shandi and her husband, Stephen, are raising their three children in Midland with one now married and two still in school.
As a successful small business owner, Shandi has built a reputation for hard work, integrity, and results. Her entrepreneurial ventures not only support local jobs but also strengthen Midland’s economy.
A devoted wife and mother, Shandi is known for her dedication to her family and community. Whether serving as Secretary of Awanas at Midland Bible Church or volunteering at her children’s school, she has a proven track record of service, both in Midland and throughout Texas.
Shandi is running for Midland City Council to give residents a representative who listens to the needs of the community and ensure our city remains a great place to raise a family, grow a business, and preserve the values that have made Midland strong for generations.
